At Zendior, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please follow the steps below to initiate an exchange:

  • Report the issue within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • Share a clear video showing the damage/fault.

  • Send a picture of the product label as proof of purchase.

Once verified, we will process your exchange promptly.

Note: Requests made after 2 days of delivery may not be eligible for exchange.
